By using Camsurf you agree to abide by our terms of use, and all incorporated policies. Violating our terms of use may result in you getting banned temporarily, or permanently suspended from CamSurf

  • Using offensive language insulting other users, may lead to a finding that you have violated our Terms of Use as they prohibit abuse or harassment. While giving offense accidentally, might be over-looked, where a User purposely continues to engage in conduct they know another User finds rude or offensive, that would be a violation of our Terms of Use.
  • Our Terms of Use prohibit nudity or sexual behavior. We have found that users simulating sexual acts, displaying even partial nudity, or simply requesting other users engage in sexual behavior are warning signs that behavior in violation of our Terms has occurred, or a likely threat to our community. Users are warned that they can be banned while CamSurf examines the behavior to ensure our community guidelines are upheld.
  • As noted above, even portrayals of sexual acts may violate our Terms of Use. this may include displaying pornographic pictures or videos.
  • Aiming your camera towards your TV, PC or phone screen as well as text messages, or photos in order to display or perform content that may be protected by copyright or privacy laws, may constitute a violation of our Terms of Use.
  • Inducing others to engage in behavior in violation of our Terms, including displaying themselves nude to the camera, displaying nude or pornographic photos, engaging in simulated sexual acts, images, such inducement may also be a violation of our Terms.
  • The Acceptable Use portion of our Terms of Use forbids hacking and spoofing of CamSurf, or the bypassing of any security measures. An example of this would be using software designed to imitate a web cam.
  • Our Acceptable Use policies forbid using our service to broadcast commercial messages.
  • Our Acceptable Use policies forbid spamming, any messages of a commercial nature may constitute spam, any message that is not invited or wanted that is persistently broadcast to other users via message boards or other means, may constitute a violation of our Terms.
  • Our Acceptable Use policy follows the prohibitions contained elsewhere in our Terms of Use, which strictly forbid using this service to broadcast illegal, violent, or harmful behavior. Even simulating such activity, or inducing other users to harm themselves or others, may be a violation of our Terms.

The examples listed in these community guidelines are not exhaustive, and are offered as examples of activities that may violate our Terms. CamSurf reserves the right to ban Users on actionable belief our Terms are being violated, or if we detect a pattern demonstrating such a violation is threatened or imminent.
